Terms of Service sections
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating a Lit Adx account or using our services, you agree to these Terms and the linked Privacy Policy and Ad Guidelines. If you're accepting on behalf of a company, you represent you have authority to bind it.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18+ (or the age of majority in your region) and have the legal authority to enter a contract. Lit Adx is not available to users sanctioned under applicable export control laws.
3. Account & Security
Keep your credentials confidential. You're responsible for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately at security@litadx.com of any unauthorized access. QR login is permitted on 1 device (Starter) or up to 10 devices (Growth).
4. Advertising Services
Lit Adx provides tools to plan, launch, manage and measure ad campaigns across the Lit Star network. We reserve the right to reject or remove any ad that violates our Ad Guidelines or applicable law.
5. Billing & Payment
You authorize Lit Adx to charge your payment method for ad spend and subscription fees. Minimum daily budget is $5. Invoices are issued monthly. Past-due balances incur 1.5%/month interest after 30 days. Refunds are granted only for verified invalid traffic.
6. Ad Content & IP
You retain ownership of your ad creatives and represent you have rights to all content submitted. You grant Lit Adx a worldwide, royalty-free license to display, transmit and reproduce your ads solely to operate the service. We will not use your ads outside the service without written consent.
7. Prohibited Content
Ads must comply with our Ad Guidelines. Prohibited categories include illegal goods, weapons, adult content, hate speech, malware, deceptive claims and IP-infringing content. Violations may result in ad rejection, account suspension or termination.
8. Data & Privacy
Our handling of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy. You represent that any audience data you upload was collected with proper consent and lawful basis.
9. Service Availability
We target 99.99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice. Volume SLAs are governed by separate written agreements.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lit Adx is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is capped at the greater of $100 or fees paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Lit Adx against claims arising from your ads, your use of the service, or your violation of these Terms, including reasonable attorneys' fees.
12. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days' notice. We may suspend or terminate immediately for material breach, fraud, or legal risk. Upon termination, your account data is retained 30 days then permanently deleted.
13. Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will first be resolved by good-faith negotiation for 30 days. Unresolved disputes go to binding arbitration in Mumbai under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes are announced via email and in-product notification at least 30 days before the effective date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
