1. Information We Collect
We collect data you give us directly (account registration, billing, ad campaign data), data from your use of Lit Adx (device, IP, browser, interactions) and data from the Lit Star network (aggregated audience signals). We never purchase personal data from brokers.
2. How We Use Your Data
To operate the platform, serve and optimize your ad campaigns, measure performance, detect fraud, provide support, meet legal obligations and — with your consent — personalize features or communications.
3. Ad Targeting & Personalization
Targeting on Lit Adx uses aggregated, anonymized signals from the Lit Star network. We do not share individual user profiles with advertisers. Users can opt out of ad personalization from their Lit Star settings.
5. International Transfers
Data may be transferred to servers outside your country. We use Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), adequacy decisions and strong encryption (AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit) to protect every transfer.
6. Data Retention
Account data is kept for the life of your account plus 30 days post-deletion. Campaign reporting data is retained 24 months for attribution and fraud investigation. Backups are retained 90 days max before secure wipe.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your region you have rights to access, correct, delete, port or object to processing of your data. Contact privacy@litadx.com and we'll respond within 30 days. EU/UK users can also complain to their supervisory authority.
9. Children's Privacy
Lit Adx is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a child has given us data, contact privacy@litadx.com and we will delete it immediately.
10. Security
We run SOC 2 Type II controls, continuous vulnerability scanning, a public bug bounty program, least-privilege IAM, and 24/7 security monitoring. Breaches are reported within 72 hours per GDPR.
11. Changes to This Policy
Material changes will be announced by email and an in-product banner at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
