How long does ad approval take?

Most ads are reviewed by our ML model within 60 seconds. Ads flagged for manual review are processed within 2 hours. Growth plan customers get priority review within 10–15 minutes.

Why was my ad rejected?

Common rejection reasons include: misleading claims, copyright violations, restricted categories (alcohol/gambling/political without disclosure), trademark issues, broken landing pages, or low-quality creative. Check the moderation log for the exact reason.

Can I appeal a rejected ad?

Yes — you can appeal any rejection from the Moderation page in your dashboard. Appeals are reviewed by a senior moderator within 24 hours.

What ad content is prohibited?

We prohibit illegal products, weapons, adult content, hate speech, drugs, recall items, malware, deceptive claims, and content violating intellectual property.

Are there age restrictions?

Yes — alcohol, dating and gambling ads are restricted to users 21+. Health, financial and political ads require additional verification and disclosures per regional law.
